    85kg - 5,5,3, - ( pleased with this 3rd set was a struggle so stopped there)

    Incline Bench Press

    Military Shoulder Press
    40kg - 5,5,5,5 - (couldn't manage 5th set)

    Machine Flyes
    75kg - 5,5
    70kg - 5,5

    Poor session, went away to doncaster for 2 days, ate crap and haven't been drinking enough fluids....poor nutrition past few days. Started the new job and its affecting workouts...need to plan better once i get a routine going with work,

    Isolated row hammer strength machine - Really happy with these, have progressed quite well
    5,5,5, - outer grip 170kg/lbs
    5,5,5, - inner grip 150kg/lbs
    5,5 - outer grip 150kg/lbs
    5,5, - inner grip 130kg/lbs
