    First day in the gym!
It went like this, I felt the burn and am knackered so will probably stick with it:

    1 warm up set
    3 working sets
    1 drop set

2 Exercises for each muscle (Chest, Back, Shoulders)

    1 Exercise for biceps
    1 Exercise for Triceps

20 min brisk walk on treadmill (incline 7% speed 6.0k kph)

Now to stick to the diet!
Tomorrow will probably be just cardio and wednesday I'll do legs. I read somewhere that you should train legs as much as upper body, so I'm going to train both upper and lower twice a week and will try to get as much cardio in as I can before I collapse!

    Opinions?

Yeah I'm thinking I'll do what James suggested and do some brisk walking rather than going into the gym and destroying myself on the bike or treadmill! Maybe I'll do some intense cardio later on if I feel I need it!
Been feeling a little hungry between meals today, might up calories a little as I'm eating well below my maintenance!

So here are my nutrition numbers for the day:

    Calories: 1837
    Protein: 217.5
    Carbs: 156.92
    Fats: 42.71

Gonna head to bed soon, feeling a little peckish so will grab a handful of cashews, so fats will increase a little! Am happy with these numbers though, will see how I go on a rest day, will try to drop carbs a little bit!

    Night all!

Nutrition was about the same as yesterday, which I'm quite happy with because my cardio was quite intense. Legs tomorrow then a rest day Thursday!
