thanks feller and you. for the last 2 weeks i have been training fasted, seems ok but get pretty tired towards the end. but i have dropped the number of exercises now and 1 session down seems to be going ok.

Back from gym - great legs and abs workout followed by 20min brisk walk! Looking forward to Fridays session already! Might allow myself some extra carbs today and cut back a little tomorrow, but I'll see what my body is telling me! My wife wants me to wax my chest lol I am very hairy.. What do you guys think.. to do or not to do? lol
lol. cant say that i have done it before but then again im not hairy... if it makes the wife happy why not..

You can see progress better, plus you'll feel like a silk sheet! I'm quite lucky as I'm not that hairy and can get by with a razor every now and then when required.

Todays numbers will be something like this (hopefully):
cal: 1767
pro: 218g
carbs: 108g
fat: 46g
Its a rest day so carbs are a little lower, on my next rest day I will endeavour to lower my carbs further... probably by having a whopping huge egg white omelette for lunch! Looking forward to working upper body tomorrow!
