    6 miler troop run... errrr ner. got pulled off the run for my foot about half way in, gutted cos i smashed the first set of hills.

    run down to the lake, raft build and race.
    evening -
    equipment race (cannon) which includes a log, ammo box, stretcher, tyres, and a barrel. violent pace, i think my section came in last but i know i put the most effort in out of the whole troop which is a bonus. hanging out my rear end through the whole thing.

    press - work upto 60x3 (burned out from all the thrashings from this week)
    pullups - 5/5/6/6/7/8/9
    pressups - 10/10/13/13/10/10/9/30
    situps - 18/25/19/19/40

    swim for 35 minutes.....

    4 mile run by my lonesome in 29..30 which is terrible however with a bad foot i cannot complain.

    troop Assault course stuff

    27/07/11 -
    troop upper body circuit - pretty much just loads of pressups, situps and running
    evening -
    pullups - 10-8-10-8-10, 5sx3x20 hammer curls

    29/07/11 -
    tomorrow will be a CFT (combat fitness test) whic can only go one way... 20kg, 2 hours, 8 miles. piece of pisc. pace must be at 15min/miles over moderate terrain so nothing sneaky about it. no gym tomorrow either but I WILL be touching alchohol with the rest and best of them.....

    pressups - 13/13/15/15/12/12/10/39 superset with (first 5 sets)
    situps - 20/24/18/18/40
    pullups - 7/8/9/11/11+2 (dropped from bar to get 2 decent ones as was only supposed to do 12 but felt i had to "prove" myself, lolz.


    looking buff/hench/ripped/athletic/mens health/sexy.... yo.

    83 pressups (pb)
    80 situps (i think pb)
    1.5 mile in 8.38 (PB by 13 seconds.... with a dodgy leg)

    MGOB bridge build today in 12.13

    pressups -
    25/30/20/15 (missed out the failure set due to the morning)

    pullups -
    6/6/7/7/8/9/10.5 +2 (fell off bar so did 2 more.... grip ruined from 2 days of bridge building!!!)

    wouldnt take me man, said my engerlish wasn't up to it and i couldn't count... So now i work in an office reading specifications and solving math problems...go figure... I am well jealous though! I was applying to the Marines before i went off to college!

    Good to see your making mincemeat out of it though - be worth it to be one of the best!
