This is my log for training for 24 CDO recce troop. it will be a lo0ong process so a few hundred pages are expected.
Main Goals - 30 miler with 70lbs in 7 hours, 1.5 miler in 8.20, deadlift 250 and press 100kg.
Secondary goals - 300 club entry (8.15 1.5 miler, 71 pressups, 77 situps) just for the tee.
Some backlogging of training ive done over the past few weeks -
pullups (each is a total over seperate days in 5 sets, dropped from 60-100 per day down to.....)

deads -
only really done speed deads, keep pulling a comfortably fast 150kgx1, not tried max recently but prolee not much higher.....
Yeah so....... tabbing, running with weight and deadlifting is the goal.
Dietwise - 3 massive meals and one small meal of 200ml milk, apple and alpen bar + 3 shakes per day.

Coma - Went over the black mountains 2 months ago, didnt get a chance to do pen Y fan but no doubt will do it at BRF a few times. the BRF selection 'Endurance' is similar to that of the pathfinders/sas/sbs when you do 3 weeks in the hills

John - BRF = Brigade recconaissance force of 3 commando brigade. You have to do a selection type process with is akin to the mountain leader cadre that the RM do.
