I hurt my knee while out walking at lunch yesterday, not sure what happened but in certain movements (mainly lateral pressures) it feels quite sore. So no squats last night but I did a few more exercises to try and make up for my frustration

    Workout A - 3/8/2011

    Bench Press - 45Kg 3x5
    Yates Row 50Kg 2x8 1x12
    DB Bench 22Kg 3x5
    Incline DB Press 17.5Kg 3x8
    Chin Ups - 3, 2, 1

    assistant exercises
Bosu hip thrusters/glute bridges 3x10 - having a read about these I'm not sure what the proper name is
Weighted Myotacic Crunch 5Kg medicine ball 1x10
    Russian Twists 5Kg medicine ball 2 x 10
    plank 75secs
    stretching

not listed warm up sets as it will only bore you

i didn't worry about what I ate or drank while away but after this weekends camping trip its time to get the game face on and nail this. The plan is to not drink in September and hopefully this will get me to my next short term goal of 16% body fat. The break and eating seemed to show an increase in lbm and steady body fat even though my weight increased. This week eating right should show me how much was water retention and how much is actual growth. I'm just now looking forward to the next few months to xmas and what I can accomplish
