Well haven't updated in a while, where did January go!!

Well ended 2011 with 95kg Squat 5x5 but not so good form (to much lifting with my back), with a higher bar postion and keeping my trunk vertical I did 85kg 5x5.
Deadlift I got to 110kg 5x5 and 115kg was in my grasp but will be getting nailed in 2012!,
Bench is still mince 64kg 5x5 struggleing with 66kg.
BOR was 68kg 5x5 working on 70kg.
OP was 45kg and seem stuck on this weight on a second deload 48kg just seems to heavy :-(
Been a bit lazy over Christmas/New Year and didn't make it to the gym 3x week like normal. Jan has been really busy but made 1 or 2 workouts a week but feeling weak from lack of calories and training.

Last couple of weeks have been going 3x week but not really following stronglifts. Been doing some isolation type exercises/lower weight but high reps. Still managed a 110kg 1x5 deadlift the other day but was feeling alot harder than last year.

Debating on trying a new programe or to carry on with Stronglifts 5x5. I've made pretty good progress with in ~8months and I feel my actual strength is better than I expected but now I want more as the goal posts are moving. Strength wise my target was a 100kg deadlift before and now I want 150kg (2xBW) or 200kg down the line.
