    Just Quick...

    Finally time to get back into training for good, currently been back at the gym for around month and a half but due to long hours at work before xmas and the how physical my job is i have been slacking for the last few weeks, as from monday there is no excuse for slacking!

    Currently best weight on the 3 main lifts are:

    Bench: 110x3

    Squat: 130x3

    Deadlift: 180x2

    Thinking of a 3day routine, keeping things basic untill im back into things then to add/try new exercises into my routine. My routine will start off as this:

    Monday: Chest/Triceps

    Wednesday: Back/Biceps

    Friday: Legs/Shoulders
