So ive been training a while, although I take not of my lifts on the computer, I dont post them up here.

well i guess i might aswell start, main reason is then they can be accesed from anywhere, and i have a "backlog" to see what i was doing at what time so on and so forth.

    Current Stats:

    BW 77kg @13-14%BF (est)
    5ft 11
    26yo

    Stuff I do:

    Starting Strength 3x5 (SS)
    Road & MTB Cycling
    Sprints
    Fasted Walks

my lifts at present for SS routine are:

    Workout A
    3x5 Squat 105kg
    3x5 Bench Press 72.5kg
    1x5 Deadlift 145kg
    3x5 Weighted dips 30kg

    Workout B
    3x5 Squat 105kg
    3x5 Overhead Press 57.5kg/57.5kg/57.5kg
    3x5 Rows 75kg/70kg/70kg OR snatch 62.5kg
    3x5 Weighted Chins 10kg/7.5kg/5kg

Todays workout was short, intense and brutal, but i had just finished a 12hr dayshift on my feet.

    5min warmup jog
    4x 40sec flat out hillsprints
    resting 1min inbetween.

short and sweet but i felt like i was going to be sick!

been Low carb for a while, but switched to LC primal (more veggies) about 30-80g carbs per day

doing SS (3x5) 3times weekly, long walks (fasted) and hill sprinting 1-2 times weekly alongside my Road cycling

Jan 1 2012 (after xmas carb feeds!)

Today (crap picture) still no signs of them lower abs though!!

however they will come in time..

retained water deffo gone (which i expected) and weight down from 82kg to 77kg

deffo think theres fat loss there...but no way of telling bar mirror

decent results all the same in 12 days I think

Got out for 3-4hrs on the Mountain bike this morning, was well cold but decent - funny how newbie mtb riders liken it to hard HIIT!

suppose thats really what it is, but ive never seen it that way myself lol

probably going to race the SXC series this year with the first race in March....but still undecided
