    here is what i did

    Squats

    20 x10
    50 x10
    70 x10
    80 x10
    65(up 5 from last week) x halfpenny

    triple joint extension

    50 x6
    70 x6
    90 x6
    100 x6

    leg press

    100 x15
    160 x10
    200 x8
    240 x6

    8 km cycle in 15 mins

    i added some oats to my protein but stuck to diet other than that

    haven not posted in awhile which is bad but diet has been clean.

    What are people opinions on creapure over regular creatine monohydrate?

    Monohydrate does not agree with me, and offers no difference in my performance.

    I'm currently taking a competitor's version of creapure, and it is working marvelously.

    Try both?

    Thank you i will try monohydrate first as it cheaper thank you for the advice if it does not agree with me like you said i will try creapure
