    I am using this to post my diet and training journal to keep on the right track please help me get to where I want to be.

    Long term goals;
    increase fitness for rugby
    tone up

    I know goals are vague but I will create more measurable goals once I have finished this block of exams.

    Same positions haha! I've been playing in the back row for the last couple of years but i ripped my ACL and MCL last summer so i might start in the 2nd row and see how it goes - less running! I'm in Finland though and our first game is in June so i think i've got time to get my fitness back to where it should be, i'd love to get back to playing at 6 or 7.

    Good stuff, i'll be checking your progress and maybe stealing some ideas from you haha

    Ouch! i can sympathise with that i broke my leg and ankle and was out for a year with complications its a long story but that is behind me now i am fit(ish) and playing rugby so its going well. With your first game in june you have plenty of time to get your fitness up but from experience no matter how much fitness you do you will be blowing in your first game back.

    I will be keeping a eye on your thread to and if you have any questions about mine don't be afraid to ask
