    trouble is here alright.
    tummy trouble.
had the squits, about six times today, the cubicle at work has sounded like someone throwing granny down the stairs, and i know no one wants to hear this, but it has been pretty bloody in there too. Wasn't going to train, but got home, had a nap for an hour, woke up famished, had two pieces of wholemeal toast, felt ok, had my pulse, trained, and thats about it.

    back,
    deadlifts
100x10-180x10-280x2-280x1(kind of blacked out a bit when lowering it, but didn't hit the deck)-260x1

    pulldowns
    40x10-80x20-120x8-80x20

1 set of chins, just to stretch out a bit, 10 reps

considering i have been feeling like utter poop all day, training was ok!

Deadlifting after having the squits, you are a brave man. A commendable effort.

I'm going to be hitting some big deadlifts soon, so you had best get your pretty ass into gear.

thats it, really not back up to training following past few days, woefully underweight, and lack of carbs ruined my concentration, so my one 'heavy lift' hurt my shoulder like hell. shame, but it's going to be sooo good when i start repping 4 plates a side again.
