Sweet workout today, speed squat (doing a wave again, 40% 50% 60%) then heavy deads.

    DE squat
    bar x5
    70x5
    100x3

    120x3
    120x3

    120x3
    120x3
    120x3
    120x3
30-45secs between reps here, panting like a mofo.

Boss suit on (used binbags, got in on in under 5mins)
    strpas down
    120x5
    belt
    160x3
    180x3
    straps up loose
    200x3
    220x3
    240x1
273x2 PB. Had more in the tank too, but didn't want too push for a 3rd and maybe fail. Got this on video, I will try to get it up sometime soon. I was at my home gym so was using a rubbish bar, happy I can do around 280x2 next week for my last heavy deadlift.

    Seated calf (different, harder machine)
    35x8
    50x8
    55x8
    60x8(stack)
    60x8
    60x8

    Standing cable crunch
    1 warmup x8
    60x8
70x8 different machine again so can't judge progress

    Pullthrough
    1 warmup x8
    70x8
    80x8

Very pleased with this. 300 is looming.
