Just realised I have over 500 replies in here, woo . Another good workout again today, back at uni gym:

DE bench against blue band (more weight less band tension, I used a miniband too last time)
    bar x10
    50x3
    55x3
    60x3
    62.5x3
    65x2
    65x2
    65x2
    65x2
    65x2
    65x2
    65x2
65x2 so -1rep each set, + 10kg and -miniband tension. Felt strong

    Chest supported row
    16's x12
    34's x8
    34's x8
    34's x8
    34's x8 +1.5kg each hand PB

    Decline DB press
    16's x15
    36's x8
    36's x8
    36's x8

Pin lockouts (1st hole in rack, as close as I could get to what it was at my other gym)
    60x12
    80x8
    90x8
    95x8 Solid, PB

    Seated DB shrug
    34's x8
    34's x8
    34's x8

    Tri pushdown
    40x15
    40x15

    DB hammer curl
    10's x12
    22's x8
    24's x8

    Reapers
    bar x20
    bar x12 slow
    bar x12 slow
    bar x12 slow

    Pinch gripping

    Pickups 2x20's x3reps
    Pickups 2x20's x4reps-->immediately into statics with a 20 in each hand 25secs
    Pickups 2x20's x4reps-->statics with 20's for 20secs

Then I threaded a tricep bar through 2 20's to keep the plates together:

    Pickups x4
    Pickups x4

Pinches with the width of a 20 and a 10 but weight of 45+an EZ bar
    pickups x3
    pickups x3-->Static hold for 15secs

My forearms were nailed and pumped to hell.

Will our power rack be good for pin presses then?

Nice idea with the tricep bar on pinching.

That's part of the inspiration, not that one can be like you, but that what you are doing demonstrates that through hard work and determination we can better ourselves as well.

Next time I'm home I'll post up some pics of when I was about 13, certainly some big changes in the last 7 years!
