    Right today was the first day back in the gym since before christmas, so not too impressed with this workout but it's a start.

    Considering it was the first time I've done a pullup or bicep curl in goodness knows when not too surprised with the performance (or lack of it) and I haven't taken creatine for a few weeks now.

    yeah, down to a flat bench (which is parallel when I remove the protective matting off the floor lol), pause for a second or two then back up again.

    My quads are absolutely killing today though so I'm gonna miss out on the pull routine tonight so may do a push workout

    Very impressed with today's workout!! Not too keen on the lying leg curls to be honest as the bit where you rest the back of your legs moves and just feels awkward.
