Dips - bw + 36 kg - 7 x 3, bw 3 x 5
Deads - 130 kg - 7 x 3, 130 kg 5 x 1
Chins - bw + 2 kg - 8 x 3
front squats - 40 kg x 10 x 2
no squat rack and smiths were always busy so couldnt go too heavy with squats as had no spotters or ability to safely mount bar on to my back.
deads killed me again, got serious doms in my chest from dips today!
diet has been real good, still on eph and caff until next monday, then second cycle of clen.
just got net working in new flat, and no scales so have no idea of bodyweight!
will try and update on sat hopefully with some pics
